Recently, we have made the ever delicious vegetarian sausage rolls, zucchini slice, lemon cheesecake and chilli con carne.
The recipe of the zucchini slice was made by my partner Emily Hayn and the vegetarian sausage rolls, was made by me. There were no major problems with making the sausage rolls, other than our food processor malfunctioning, this caused a slight problem as we needed to use our time wisely.
We next made lemon cheesecake, which I enjoyed, because it was simple to make as well as fun to decorate at the end, but I should have let it set for longer as the filling was not quite firm when I took it out of the fridge and it feel apart.
After the cheesecake, we made the chilli con carne, which was delicious. The only hiccup that occured was that we used slightly too much chilli, but I enjoyed this, as I like spicy foods. It was also hard timing the taking out of the chilli from the oven so that the cheese did not harden.
